4. Delete Page

*What's the difference between a Page template and a Web template? See previous page for answer.

To find out more about using Page Templates, go to Themes and Templates > Using a Page Template

2. Add Page
  1. On the menubar, go to File, point to New, and click on Page, then select the page template* you want to use. (If you only want a blank Normal Page,  you can just click on the New Page icon on the toolbar.)
  2. If the page uses a theme and you want to disable it, go to Format and click on Theme (or right-click and select Theme). In the Theme dialog box, select No Theme. In the upper left corner, make sure you select Current Page.
  3. If your web uses shared borders and you want to disable them, go to Format and click on Borders. Click on the border icons to deselect the borders you want to get rid of. Be sure to select Current Page.
  4. When you save your page, your File Name should not have spaces in it. You may use hypens or underscores (file_name.htm or file-name.htm). You may also change the Page Title, which is what will show up on your banners and buttons.
  5. After saving your page, drag your page into Navigation View. (See next page for more on Navigation View.)
About this page...

We deleted the right column, because the width of the middle graphic would have made the page too wide for most browsers. Then, we used the "window" info boxes for highlighted information in the left column.
